Fabricators and Welders

Based: Brownhills, Walsall and Aldridge, Walsall

Hours: 40 Hours Day and Night Shifts Available

Hourly Rate: £11.00 to £17.00 dependent on experience and shift, Piece work positions also available

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to support our existing team, manufacturing aerial platform chassis and excavator bases and for major OEMs.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
· Fabricate and MIG weld to a high standard.
· Be able to comfortably read engineering drawings.
· Be experienced working with mild steel up 10 mm thick.
· Be coded, or be of a coded standard.
We are looking for a reliable person who take pride in their work and will be able to work well within the existing, small, but growing & supportive team. Overtime is regularly available, tea and coffee are provided.
Please note, a weld test will be required as part of the interview process where, due to current COVID guidelines, you would need to bring your own PPE (welding mask, safety boots, overalls).
